Tubular Furnace
A precisely manufactured high-temperature heating device with a cylindrical heating chamber called a tubular furnace is used to treat materials uniformly in a cylindrical-shaped heating zone. It is extensively utilized in industrial and laboratory settings for processes including thermal analysis, annealing, sintering, and material production in controlled environments. Samples can be heated in a vacuum-sealed or flowing gas environment thanks to the furnace’s horizontal or vertical tube structure. Tubular furnaces are perfect for manufacturing and research processes that need clean, repeatable heat treatment because of their excellent thermal uniformity, sophisticated temperature control and adaptable tube materials.
- Uniform Cylindrical Heating: ensures uniform sample treatment by optimizing heat dispersion over the tube’s length.
- Atmosphere Control: supports gas conditions that are inert, reducing, or oxidizing for processing delicate materials.
- Programmable Temperature Profiles: PID controller with ramp/soak features for accurate thermal cycling that is based on a microprocessor.
- High-Temperature Capability: Depending on the model and kind of heating element, it can operate up to 1800°C.
- Compact & Modular Design: Split-tube design is an optional feature that saves space and makes sample loading and maintenance simple.
- Material Synthesis: Perfect for solid-state processes, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and the creation of nanomaterials.
- Thermal Treatment: used to anneal, sinter, and calcinate metals, composites, and ceramics.
- Atmosphere-Sensitive Processing: permits heat treatment in situations with reactive or inert gases.
- Thermal Analysis: supports a variety of thermal characterization methods, including TGA and DTA.
