Muffle Furnace

A high-temperature laboratory and industrial heating device called a muffle furnace is made for uses that call for accurate and reliable heat treatment in a regulated setting. It works on the basis of radiant heat transmission, in which the sample is isolated from direct flame or combustion byproducts by means of heating components placed in the insulation that heat the chamber. It is therefore perfect for material testing, annealing, sintering, and ashing procedures. The furnace’s sturdy structure, programmable temperature control, and superior insulation allow it to tolerate temperatures as high as 1200–1800°C. It was designed with longevity and thermal efficiency in mind.

  1. High-Temperature Capability: Suitable for a variety of thermal processing jobs, it can operate at temperatures up to 1800°C.
  2. Isolated Heating Chamber (optional): Separates the sample from the heating elements, preventing contamination and guaranteeing consistent heating.
  3. Advanced Temperature Control: PID controller with configurable profiles for accurate thermal cycling that is based on a microprocessor.
  4. Superior Insulation: Superior ceramic fiber insulation improves energy efficiency and reduces heat loss.
  5. Robust Construction: Corrosion-resistant covering on the exterior made of heavy-duty steel and an inner lining made of refractory brick or high-alumina ceramic.
  1. Ashing: Ideal for determining the ash content in food, plastics, and other materials.
  2. Sintering & Annealing: Used in ceramics, metallurgy, and material science for heat treatment processes.
  3. Thermal Testing: Suitable for testing material behavior under high temperatures.
  4. Combustion Analysis: Supports organic and inorganic sample analysis in research and quality control labs.
  1. Temperature Range: 900 °C / 1100 °C / 1400 °C / 1600 °C / 1800 °C
  2. Chamber Volume: 1 to 20 300 liters (custom sizes available)
  3. Construction:
  • Inner Chamber: High-alumina ceramic/refractory brick
  • Outer Body: Powder-coated MS / SS304
  • Insulation: Ceramic fiber blanket/vacuum-formed ceramic board/refractory brick insulation
  1. Temperature Accuracy: ±1 °C
  2. Temperature Uniformity: ±5 °C depending on temperature and chamber size
  3. Controller: Digital PID with programmable ramp/soak profiles
  4. Heating Elements: Kanthal / SiC / MoSiâ‚‚
  5. Safety Features: Over-temperature protection, door interlock switch, thermal fuse

These muffle furnaces can be customized with the following features:
