About the Role____
ANTS Lab and ANTS Ceramics invite ambitious M.Tech and Ph.D. scholars from Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds, particularly those who have recently completed their research fellowships at IITs, to join our mission-driven team. As a leader in advanced, customizable, high-temperature furnace manufacturing, we are pioneering innovation for the Chemical, Steel, Battery Manufacturing, and Cement industries while building strong foundations in ceramics and custom furnace technology.

We are a leading manufacturer of advanced, customizable, high-temperature furnaces with deep expertise in ceramics and furnace manufacturing. Our new High Temperature Furnace Research Centre focuses on developing cutting-edge furnace systems capable of reaching temperatures up to 3000 °C to support innovation in sectors such as Chemical, Steel, Battery Manufacturing, and Cement.
Our industry partnerships and R&D collaborations are central to our mission through designing tailored furnace solutions that empower scientists and engineers to achieve breakthrough results.
Role: Technical Sales Specialist ____
- Collaborate with R&D and Sales Teams: Work directly with application engineers, researchers, and seasoned sales professionals to develop customized furnace proposals for clients across premier institutes and industry.
- Solution Selling: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling solutions for clients, guiding them from consultation through to implementation.
- Content Creation and Outreach: Draft technical articles, case studies, and product documentation. Represent our company by delivering seminars, workshops, and presentations at esteemed forums and industry conferences.
- Customer Engagement: Build enduring relationships with our partners and clients, understanding their evolving technical needs and offering proactive solutions.
- Project Involvement: Support business development initiatives and play a key role in scientific projects with industrial significance.

Qualifications Required____
- Hold an M.Tech or Ph.D. (completed in the last two years) in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Completed research fellowships from reputed Institutes.
- Possess a strong foundation in scientific research and a keen interest in technology commercialisation or sales.
- Skilled in technical writing, documentation, and delivering technical seminars or presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and contributing to a fast-paced, innovation-driven business.
