Who we are
About AntsLab ____
AntsLAB®, India’s pioneering advanced materials company, began its journey in 2006, inspired by academic brilliance and research innovation.
Originally established to manufacture high performance ceramic labware, we have since evolved into a multifaceted leader in advanced materials, specializing in oxide ceramic components, high-temperature furnaces, and custom made industrial solutions.
Rooted in R&D and driven by the pursuit of excellence, Ants crafts world-class products like alumina labware, zirconia ceramics, and cutting-edge furnaces tailored to industry-specific applications. Recognized globally for precision and reliability, our solutions are trusted by laboratories, research institutions, and industries across the USA, UK, Japan, and beyond.
Guided by the vision of our founders—Ashwini Jain, Sabyasachi Roy, and Tushar Gothi—and inspired by the mentorship of Prof. Bhargava at IIT Kharagpur, Ants stands as a symbol of turning academic innovation into impactful enterprise.
From setting benchmarks in ceramic labware to developing bespoke furnace solutions that meet the rigorous demands of modern industries, Ants is committed to pushing boundaries and enabling innovation worldwide.

Founder
“As an IIT Kharagpur graduate, I had the opportunity to join leading multinational companies, but my heart was set on creating something meaningful for my country. Ants was born from a vision to build a world-class enterprise rooted in India, delivering solutions of international standards. Today, as we prepare to take a quantum leap onto the global stage, I feel fulfilled knowing that this journey reflects not just a business endeavor, but a commitment to India’s excellence on the world map.”
