Vacuum Hot Press Furnace

The Ants Vacuum Hot Press Furnace is an advanced system designed to consolidate powders and composite materials under high temperature and uniaxial pressure in a vacuum or inert atmosphere. Ideal for producing hard-to-sinter materials, such as tungsten carbide, advanced ceramics, and metal matrix composites, this system ensures high purity, density, and mechanical performance with minimal post-processing.

Engineered for Precision

Antsprosys vacuum hot press systems are engineered for microstructural control, near-net shape formation, and reduction of sintering temperature and time. With a front-loading horizontal configuration, the system supports controlled material densification for aerospace, defense, tooling, and electronics sectors.
