Thermogravimetric Analysis System

The Ants Bulk TGA Furnace is a high-precision system designed to measure mass changes in materials during thermal processing. Capable of handling bulk or multiple samples simultaneously, it supports R&D labs, industrial QC setups, and advanced materials research that demand accurate thermal profiling across various environments—oxidizing, inert, or reducing.

Operating up to 1600°C, the system analyzes moisture content, composition, thermal stability, and decomposition behavior by continuously recording the sample’s mass while it is heated or held at specific temperatures. The furnace integrates seamlessly with a precision balance system, programmable gas flow controllers, and real-time data acquisition software.
